that during the time I lived in Sedona, Arizona, between
1982 and 2001, Ms. Linda Deir was my
Realtor.

In 1994
she sold a very high quality home for me, located at
Fawn Drive,
Sedona, which had been on the market for several
years and could not be sold by other
Brokers in town due to their ignorance of quality, because I had
built the home according
to European standards. When Ms. Deir viewed the home she was delighted with it, because she immediately
recognized the quality, no doubt due to her long standing architectural and
real estate experience.
The home sold shortly after listing it, whilst I was vacationing
in Europe. Ms. Deir also sold my last home, located at

multifaceted. I am amazed at her abilities in being so concise
and expedient in her manner of
communication and marketing in real
estate. In approximately two months time she had
shown my house many times to potential

a contract very quickly. My home was listed with two other brokers
over the past year
who brought very little attention to the home.
