... Starting in 1972, Linda Deir has over 30 years of
industry experience. As a General Contractor and an
Architectural Home Designer in California from 1972-1989 she
built over 500 custom and production homes through
her construction company and designed over 1,500 homes for
her own projects and other builders, individuals
and owner-builder clients. Although
her home designs are always unique for each project,
she became famous for her kitchen and bath designs. In
addition to her own ongoing building projects where she
ONLY builds her own home designs, she has always been
directly involved in the construction of the homes
that she designs for her clients. In 1989 Linda moved to
Sedona were she continued with her Architectural Home Design
practice, designing homes in Sedona and the Verde
Valley. By 1990 she added real estate sales to her
business plan and in 1994 she became a real estate broker and
opened her own office. Since that time she has been providing
with her clients her full pectrum real estate

INTERNET ... Linda
co-founded the *first* ISP (Internet Service
Provider) and Internet Hosting Company known as, Sedona
Internet and Sedona On-Line on March 6, 1995 in Sedona
and the Verde Valley. They were both an instant success with
stellar growth beyond anyone's imagination with Linda's
real estate brokerage being the first real estate web
site listed on the Internet for both Sedona and the Verde
Valley. Her real estate business became 70% Internet
driven within three months of going live. Linda has always
been technically savvy, as well as a visionary for the timing
and launching of cutting-edge business
ventures making this the gateway that changed the
way that all local businesses would eventually do
business. At the height of the Internet boom, Linda sold
both of these businesses to the high bidder who owns them
now.
